Art Prints & Original Artwork

While we don't offer refunds, we understand that art is personal. We're happy to exchange your art prints or original artwork for items of equal value within 14 days of delivery if it doesn't match your vision. Exchanges are limited to items currently in stock. Please note that limited edition prints are final sale with no returns or exchanges.

Custom Pet Portraits

Due to their personalized nature, custom portraits cannot be exchanged or refunded. We work closely with you during the creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our Packaging Promise

Your artwork deserves the best protection! We use high-quality, sturdy materials including acid-free tissue, rigid backing boards, and reinforced boxes to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Every piece is packaged with care to withstand the rigors of shipping.

Damaged Items

If your art print arrives damaged, simply email us a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery along with your order number. We'll send a replacement promptly.

Exchange Process

To exchange eligible items, simply email photos and your order number to our support team. We'll confirm your exchange and provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
